I believe the weight gain gain was due to drinking a lot of coke, not working out consistently, and eating lots of processed foods/fast food. empty calories in a sluggish body the was tense most days. No wonder I gained weight!

I'm now working with a coach at the gym, doing new workouts, and cooking most meals at home with fresh ingredients.
